MATH 303 Linear Algebra MWF 9:25-10:30 a.m.
My research interests lie in the field of topological and symbolic dynamical systems. Recent interests have included the study of higher dimensional symbolic dynamical systems. To get an idea of how the situation becomes much more complicated in higher dimensions, see the following article (which is accessible to undergraduates):
Putting the Pieces Together: Understanding Robinson's Aperiodic Tilings,
(with A. Johnson), College Mathematics Journal 28, (1997), 172-181.
